About Chooza

Why we built it

Shoppers on a small store don’t get the help a good shop assistant gives in person: “which of these is right for me?”, “do you have it in blue?”, “will it arrive by Friday?”. Big retailers build that help themselves. Chooza gives any online store the same, from the catalog it already has, in a few minutes.

What we believe

• Recommendations come from your real products. Product cards show real prices and stock straight from your catalog, never invented, and the assistant is built to answer only from your products and policies.
• When it can’t help, it says so and offers your WhatsApp, phone, email or message form.
• Simple pricing you can predict, and a demo on your own store before you pay.

Who we are

Chooza is an independent business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The idea came from years of running online retail and building the systems behind it: product data, search, customer messaging and AI in production. Again and again, we saw the same thing. Shoppers had a simple question, nobody was there to answer it, and a good sale quietly walked away.

We built Chooza to fix that for every store, not just the big ones. We work closely with the merchants who use it, and every message reaches someone who works on the product, not a script.
