AI shopping assistant for WooCommerce
Chooza is an AI shopping assistant and chatbot for WooCommerce stores. It reads your catalog from a product feed (Google Merchant, Facebook catalog or CSV). Then you paste one script tag into your site; no developer needed. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Connect your products
WooCommerce has no feed URL of its own; the free Product Feed PRO plugin creates one. You do this in Chooza’s setup, on the Products step.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New and install “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce by AdTribes”.
- Open the new Product Feed menu and click Create Feed.
- Choose Google Shopping (or Facebook) as the channel, keep the default field mapping and save.
- Go to Manage Feeds, copy your feed’s URL and paste it here.
You’ll need: Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce by AdTribes (free, wordpress.org)
Google for WooCommerce syncs to Merchant Center directly and doesn’t give you a feed URL.

Add the assistant to your site
Your script tag, with your own key, is on the Install step. It looks like this:
- In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New and install “WPCode – Insert Headers and Footers”.
- Go to Code Snippets › Header & Footer.
- Paste the script tag into the Footer box and click Save Changes.
- Open your store to check the assistant appears.

Check it works
Open your store in a new window: the assistant appears in the corner. Then click “Check installation” on the Install step: it confirms the assistant is live on your site. Stuck? Read the install guide or contact us.
