Setup guide
AI shopping assistant for OpenCart
Chooza is an AI shopping assistant and chatbot for OpenCart stores. It reads your catalog from a product feed (Google Merchant, Facebook catalog or CSV). Then you paste one script tag into your site; no developer needed. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Connect your products
Check your platform’s or app’s docsOpenCart 4 needs a Google Shopping feed extension. You do this in Chooza’s setup, on the Products step.
- Install a Google Shopping feed extension from the OpenCart Marketplace.
- Go to Extensions › Extensions, choose Feeds, then enable and edit the extension.
- Copy the feed URL shown in its settings and paste it here.
You’ll need: A feed extension from the OpenCart Marketplace
Third-party: check the extension’s docs. OpenCart’s own docs only list “Product feeds” as an extension type.
We couldn’t confirm every step in official documentation, so menu names may differ slightly. The sources below are where we checked.

Add the assistant to your site
Your script tag, with your own key, is on the Install step. It looks like this:
- In admin, go to Design › Theme Editor and click Add New.
- Select your store and the common/footer template.
- Paste the script tag at the end, set Status to Enabled and click Save.
- If it doesn’t show, clear the template cache (System › Settings › Server).
