AI shopping assistant for Magento / Adobe Commerce

Chooza is an AI shopping assistant and chatbot for Magento / Adobe Commerce stores. It reads your catalog from a product feed (Google Merchant, Facebook catalog or CSV). Then you paste one script tag into your site; no developer needed. Setup takes about ten minutes.

1

Connect your products

Check your platform’s or app’s docs

Magento needs a feed extension to create a Google Shopping or Facebook feed URL. You do this in Chooza’s setup, on the Products step.

  1. Install a feed extension from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace (for example Mirasvit Advanced Product Feeds).
  2. Create a Google Shopping (or Facebook) feed in the extension and generate it.
  3. Copy the feed file URL and paste it here.

You’ll need: A feed extension, e.g. Mirasvit Advanced Product Feeds

Third-party: check the extension’s docs for its menu names.

We couldn’t confirm every step in official documentation, so menu names may differ slightly. The sources below are where we checked.

Add the assistant to your site

Your script tag, with your own key, is on the Install step. It looks like this:

  1. In the Admin, go to Content › Design › Configuration.
  2. Click Edit on your store view.
  3. Under Other Settings, expand Footer and paste the script tag into Miscellaneous HTML.
  4. Click Save Configuration.
<script src="https://chooza.io/widget.js" data-key="YOUR_KEY" async></script>

Scripts added here must be allowed by your Content Security Policy to run on checkout pages.

Check it works

Open your store in a new window: the assistant appears in the corner. Then click “Check installation” on the Install step: it confirms the assistant is live on your site. Stuck? Read the install guide or contact us.

See it on your Magento / Adobe Commerce store

Try it on your own store: type your website and chat with 100 of your products in about a minute. Free, no sign-up; the demo is deleted after 24 hours.
