AI shopping assistant for BigCommerce
Chooza is an AI shopping assistant and chatbot for BigCommerce stores. It reads your catalog from a product feed (Google Merchant, Facebook catalog or CSV). Then you paste one script tag into your site; no developer needed. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Connect your products
Check your platform’s or app’s docsBigCommerce’s Google channel syncs products directly and doesn’t give you a feed URL, so you’ll need a feed app. You do this in Chooza’s setup, on the Products step.
- In the BigCommerce App Marketplace, install a product feed app that creates a Google Shopping or Facebook feed URL.
- Create a Google Shopping (or Facebook) feed in the app.
- Copy the feed URL the app gives you and paste it here.

Add the assistant to your site
Your script tag, with your own key, is on the Install step. It looks like this:
- Go to Storefront › Script Manager and click Create a Script.
- Enter a name, set Placement to Footer and Location to All pages.
- Set Script Type to Script and paste the script tag.
- Click Save.

Check it works
Open your store in a new window: the assistant appears in the corner. Then click “Check installation” on the Install step: it confirms the assistant is live on your site. Stuck? Read the install guide or contact us.
