Chooza costs $39 (Starter, 750 conversations), $99 (Growth, 2,500 conversations), $249 (Pro, 7,500 conversations) a month, plus tax. You pay per conversation, not per seat, visitor or resolution, and every plan has the full assistant. Start with a 14-day free trial; no card needed.
Growth: $99/month + tax. A conversation is one shopper’s visit, however many messages it takes.

A conversation starts with a shopper's first message and ends after 30 minutes without one. Every reply inside it, and every product card it shows, is included. Your own test messages in the dashboard never count.
Need more conversations?
Need more in a month? Add 500 conversations for $15 (plus tax), for the current billing period only. Never automatic. Packs are offered once you’ve used 80% of your plan. When the limit is reached, the assistant stays on your site and offers your contact options instead.

What happens when I reach my limit?
Your assistant stays on your site and shows a short “busy” message with your contact options, so no shopper is left without an answer. You can add conversations for the rest of the billing period or move to a bigger plan anytime. Need more in a month? Add 500 conversations for $15 (plus tax), for the current billing period only. Never automatic.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month); downgrades apply at your next renewal. Cancel anytime from your billing settings: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the free trial work?
