Everything you need to set up and run Chooza: getting started, product feeds, installing the assistant on your site, writing a good knowledge base, and answers to common questions.
- Getting started with your AI shopping assistantSetting up Chooza takes about ten minutes: tell it about your store, connect your products, add your store policies and contact options, match your look, and paste one script tag. You can test the assistant in your dashboard before it goes live.
- What is a product feed? Product feeds explainedA product feed is a file listing your products (title, price, link, image, stock) that shopping sites read. Chooza uses the same feed you would give Google Merchant Center or Facebook, as a link it re-reads on a schedule or as an uploaded file. Shopify stores can connect directly instead.
- Installing the AI shopping assistant on your storeYou install Chooza by pasting one script tag into your site, once, so it loads on every page. It loads after your page, doesn't slow it down, and only runs on the website addresses you allow.
- Knowledge base tipsThe knowledge base is what Chooza knows about your store beyond your products: shipping, returns, payment, warranty and store info, plus your own questions and answers. Short, specific answers in your own words work best; it's built to answer only from what you wrote.
- FAQAnswers to common questions about Chooza: what it does, how conversations are counted, languages, data, and what happens when it can’t help.
